eve does not have the ability to do it so just pay 56% premium to enable your stategy.... sign of weakness... I am sure 90% of shareholders would have the ability to do the same thing.... takeover by middle of next year ? Hello it is quite straight fwd ... yet it is reported to take till mid next yr...hopeless!!! For anyone on this forum that thinks this is a great deal for us... really !?
