TPT have cash but need more assets so pay JKA over rack rate, @ 11.2c. saves them a dismal cap raising and creates a new mid tier oiler with cash and assets.

Any hint of striking oil and the big end of town will be all over this like a chubby kid over a cup cake.

They should do there sums and see it for what it is, A BLOODY GOOD DEAL.
