Amazing that they state they have signed a Management Agreement on 17 November 2010 repeat 2010 ! What is more amazing is that they are paying someone $230,000 to "Manage" the Company, I wonder what the Directors are being paid for ? Guess they are too busy doing their day jobs at various Legal and Accounting Firms hence have to use even more of the scarce Shareholders Funds and therfor manage to spend more on Administration than Exploration.
I have said before this is a DOG.
