management greed

I think the biggest problem these days with management is greed.
1. They will always look after themselves by increasing their salaries to unreasonable levels, without any performance milestones.
2. They will reward themselves with cheap options.
3. They will look after the big end of town with cheap shares and make good friends with powerfull people and in turn they will be looked after by these people.
4. Nobody really cares about the little shareholder, ie. us.
PS ARU are not the only ones, have a look at the banks, the greed of management. This world is not turning into a very nice place to live, there are very few people with any real credibility, and I think that is a real shame for our children.
