There is alot bigger hurdles to overcome dtr than getting it online.

They need to fulfill there obligations to get the money to fully fund the mine.
Without this they wont get to full production.

They borrowed money from range in december to meet short term funding obligations to continue pen. ( nearly $250k missing from the range money lent and what went into ccc )

Is there bbeee partner paying ther 26% as has been suggested and tu'ed ten fold. I think not!
