Yes, very sneeky indeed. Retain part of our dividends to buy out management rights from BNB (who were doing nothing anyway) and the directors give themselves a nice fat bonus to do what they have always been doing anyway. For me, once shareholders are shafted in this way, trust is broken and it's time to think about parking my money elsewhere.
