@gonefishing pls give me a last chance:
- try to justify increases in salary/options:

*PFS is hardly to judge as "excellent work"

*Annual Report is like nice pictures of men walking araound and exploring the country. some figures all in all ok. Let´s say: annual report is a "nice to have" look into the past since we all know status of PFS! *shareholder communication was good, I liked the idea of Field trip, prsentations in germany etc.

* as soon as a shareholder doesn´t understand management intentions, management switches to silence. nothing. no reactions to our concerns. * really poor interviews: I remember that one were AS was quoted as "at current price levels nolans is not feasible"

Anyone talking such misleading way (I know he did not say that! but obviously one could interpret his talking like the newspaper guy did) would soon hear "you´re fired" so, pls, try to explain any increase of managements income for more than 2-3% inflation adjustment
