Share price at all time lows. Yet management has the audacity to vest their performance rights. A good board , through tough markets, will always do what's best for the company and its shareholders. This clearly shows nothing but self interest, not to mention the massive salary several directors are drawing. Major shareholders of this company should take action and consider replacing the entire board, or else the only winners will be the directors.
