    I'm not across BCM, but $5m price to cancel the management agreement looks like good news for BBI & BBP.

    "Subject to BCM shareholder approval, BCM and Babcock & Brown have agreed to terminate the existing Management Agreement and Advisory Agreement in consideration for a one-off payment of $5 million, funded from the Company’s existing cash reserves."
