4.5million units could be dumped right now at 2.7 so the question is why havent Lind or Acuity done this??? If you look at the initial sales going though throughout the day in the course of sales it is evident that small sells had driven the price decline. In fact stops at the 52 week low were triggered at times to try and find some easy buying. 
The course of sales paints the picture some clever accumulating done here in mho.
