    Heres a theory.

    Remember when the share price dropped so heavily and the placement was done at 18c. A consolidation would have been known by management and they would have placed the company at $1.80. OK they could not predict the GFC but.... I reckon they viewed the company at $1.80 with what they knew then about how much coal they had.

    $1.80 is within 6 months i reckon.
