the content is great (I know, I was a member) but one point did concern me... they had a section in the "kinky stories" area which had many stories involving sex with underage kids. Bit of a worry and could be illegal, not sure about legal ramifications of this. I read one which was pretty discusting about a underage girl having gang bangs and stuff like that. If that's not illegal it must be very borderline.

Anyhow, personally I believe the online business is in run off. i.e. they are still profitable but and replace members that are leaving with new members fast enough. We see this via the free cashflow.

The credit card changes are also a worry, could make the entire online porn (not the retail side) unprofitable. Thats where the bulk of their profits came from.

Possible buy under 3c. Don't let the 6c price fool you into the stock being cheap. If they cant make a buck there is no reason for it to be trading more than NTA.
