A2M has a controlling interest in MVM, it has complete control ot the board and the investment decisions. 75% means control.
Any political based argument with regards to the mak up of the board is purely speculation on your part.
who knows, maybe a2m have been guaranteed an sram and synlait will be frozen out in 5 years time.
