That's not right, A2M haven't bought MVM yet. Soon though. The argument of whether A2M has members on the board, at this stage, is spurious at best. Shareholders appoint the Board members, it is likely that A2M shareholders (their votes) will appoint a different MVM Board composition in time, assuming the buy deal goes through.
