no, but with their dollar heading down to these low numbers, their exports are becoming much cheaper, and last month they had risen 17% off their lows.....this is the sort of thing that will eventually sort them out and see them back on a growth path. Plus Bush has avowed a strong dollar policy....which of course looks like a joke right now, but it tells you where they want/see their dollar going.
