Not sure I agree scanner , look at the turnout for the meeting to approve the Muchea transaction ....5% ...... I would suggest most of the vote came from the 200m consideration shares for that acquisition , although not sure why anyone would vote for a board that presented their latest proposal. Looks more like a control play imho and the AGM was used as a marker to see what was needed to gain it, amateur if that’s the case, but it must be a head ache for them having to answer to the shareholders that provided them a project and can you believe it ...... would prefer they actually worked on that rather than anything else they may find amusing. Good forbid fancy that.
