as the NEW ISSUE has to priced at .20c per share for the PROSPECTUS for the completion of the NIGERIAN deal....management needs to get its share price as high as possible......at present we are looking at a 1 for 7 consolidation or thereabouts........think management would be happier with a 1 for 5 result which would mean a SP of around .04c.............I dont think we will see the Prospectus issued before this happens...........of course I could be way of the mark...
