It matters not in my opinion for EIO what the share price is post consolidation. It will still be capped at what it was pre-consolidation. At 20 or 30 cents it won't look like a penny dreadful and there will be much less shares on issue. This looks good for the new entrants.
Caveat Emptor. Ask the shareholders of PZC what it's done for them. Soon it will be done with MUI as well. Rome wasn't built in a day and it sure didn't fall in one day.
The leases in Africa sure didn't cost TGP anymore than a $100,000 and that's being generous. But EIO is capped at close to $30 million undiluted.
