    In the announcement regarding the sale of our consulting business to ERM, it was stated that the deal was anticipated to be completed around late May or Early June. It is now the 21st of June and still no announcement has been made. Even if nothing has been finalised, the least management could do is to inform shareholders that's there has been a delay for whatever reason. Disappointing...
