Finally disclosure of the sale announced today AFTER an email from Mista_Trix (thx Mista). Coincidence or just poor disclosure practices by management.
Interesting that the late announcement of the finalisation of the trial with Thames Water was also announced immediately after an email from a shareholder (was that you as well Mista Trix?)
Management need to get their act together in terms of their continuous disclosure responsibilities. Shareholders shouldn't have to constantly request for updates from the company. Perhaps a letter to the ASX bringing this to their attention would be a better solution in future IMO.
