    No firm timing yet is my understanding. Lifull have provided a recent indicative timeline in latest presentation to the market. Refer to slide 12. It indicates the shareholder meeting will take place in Sep but we haven't seen anything yet.

    They also include the following footnote in the slide

    "Schedule is subject to changes depending on a mix of factors. Schedule has been delayed by one month since the schedule was announced previously."
