I think you'll find it's called a confidentiality agreement guys.
Where would be the advantage for TLS if they couldn't play thier cards close to thier chest for a while as to not let someone swan in and take the lead?
Trial period will end soon and then something will have to happen either way, either TLS walk away OR they launch at least a partial rollout, my bet is a bigger trial as they don't want to make any large moves untill there is more certainty with the NBN.
I'm in two minds about this one still, really seems like a make or break to me.
I'm holding TLS so if it is a make for PIE i assume it wouldn't be bad for TLS either.
For TLS i see the only real value for them being the hotspots which could really provide a nice competetive advantage.
If TLS go for full scale rollout you guys are on a rocket!!
