How about a low key announcement, non sensitive to keep short/medium/long term shareholders fully informed?

Name me a company that have received a sum of money in excess of their market cap and don't think it's worth announcing!

I understand the buyback is better at depressed prices, i'm sure there will be opportunities over the next 12 months for Patersons to buy in without having to withold information from shareholders.

The dumping could just be B-29 offloading remainder of stock imo.
