I agree that Management have deliberately kept the finalisation of a $200 million deal quite to assist in the share buy back process possibly? The seller throughout with $500k parcels on opening each day would most likely be B29 investments. I calculate as a rough estimate that around 3 million shares would be remaining by the end of today's trading. I am sure AZZ management are keeping a close eye on this and don't be suprised that the remainder are bought off market tomorrow with the share buy back. The big question is: Has the share buy back commenced from the 15th as previously stated? I believe AZZ would have a higher number of long term investors and supporters by keeping us all informed of plans ansd milestones when these occur in the future.
