There's only one radio station that the big end of town (and even the smallies) listen to - WII-FM.
Perhaps one theory could be that POS tactics are a microcosm of the alleged tactics of the big knobs of the global economy who purposely cause havoc and then move in and "save" the day, by picking up the bargains of the century.
