T/o or no T/o , concerned shareholders are happy to call an EGM for a new board and CEO to be presented for shareholder approval in 28 days

Unless this board and management are prepared to address and immediately act upon s/h concerns and be seen to be making proper and meaningfull presentations to the authorities to investigate and put a stop to the manipulaion and rorting of this company's s/p then you are failing in your duties to shareholders and need to be removed.

this is no longer acceptable by many of the long term shareholders whose money built this company.

I believe this board and management have continually failed the shareholders and if you think you might survive an EGM to remove you then I suspect the stink will see you gone in 6 months anyway...,...some of us have had enough
