The Board must review the management of the company.
No good blaming the CEO when the Board has the overall responsibility.
Unfortunately in this day and age, no-one accepts responsibility any more and certainly no-one is held accountable. In these times of massive spin, it is easy to pull the wool over anyone's eyes.
That is the difference between a good company and a bad company and we have seen during the GFC there are not too many good companies.
Maybe someone needs to write to the Board to review the problem, rather than simply whinge on this forum.
