$$ of Shares for Directors - $464,220 (@$8.4c) via placement and $60,000 (@$5.6c) via SPP, totalling $524,220;
Therefore!
No of Shares for Key Management personnel = 10,000,000 - 6,597,856 = 3,402,144;
$$ of Shares for Key Management Personnel = $840,000 - $524,220 = $315,780;
Simple maths
It did clearly say directors AND key management personnel to buy...
