Be very suprised if they don't reach the target of 73c by due date and grab the cash, they have an each way bet. No brainer really. At the berry st AGM last year it was the one thing the mob bauked at. - CTO were on track to getting to these goals and it wasn't considered a big enough stretch for the management team to achieve, however the resolution was passed, I guess it is win win. if the SP hits 73c all the shareholders present are ahead also.
Will they get there?... you betchya! And they recieve about 3 mil each as a bonus. re-read the minutes - its in black and white.
