Management Options Performance Hurdles

Hi VLA Posters,

Been trying to clarify something, and can't seem to get to the bottom of it...

Does anyone know specifically what the performance hurdles are that need to be attained for McColl and Shafren to get their first tranche of options in 1 week (i.e. 30th November 2016)?

I've looked into it, and all I can find is vague commentary of:

• an agreed share price hurdle;
• corporate development of the Company; and
• clinical development targets.

Does anyone know specifics, or did the shareholders approve the board to give away options by creating the hurdles after they've already been attained?
