    Hi Rykster.
Im not saying i agree with how these options or incentives in general are given to directors across the board. I find it very frustrating when i have to buy on market only to see someone else get access to free or discounted shares. Unfortunately this seems to be the model for public companies across the board.
When we hear about the likes of Mr Joyce at Qantas and what he gets as "incentives" on top of a salary i would only dream of it just makes me wonder how we got to this stage.

I guess the point I was trying to make was if this has to happen, then at least this current deal on options seems to be better than many deals. Ie no "free" shares, options with a strike price well above current shareprice and above most recent large CR at $1.30.
Maybe they find a way to temporarily boost sp up there but even then, because they are options the director would need to convert then sell at profit (and announce sale to asx) or alternatively hold, in which case the price needs to stay above 1.50 to remain in profit.

If they do temporarily boost above then surely bigwilly and any other jaded holders can sell and move on? Wouldn't be many still holding shares they paid more than 1.50 for?
