The company may have issues achieving what we all hoped or expected in good time but this option deal surely is not a bad deal? Assumung you have to give directors some sort of incentive.

Also bear in mind i assume the person given these options still has to pay 1.50 per option to convert so more money into the company when that happens.

my take was they expect to be above 1.50 very soon so the 2 years just gives time to get funds for converting
