It got to above 1.50 previously with nothing tested at that point in humans and no efficacy shown in humans. They found investors to provide 28 milion $ at $1.30 per share so there is a large group of sophisticated investors there who thought at the time it could go well above $1.30 it would seem.
who knows if it can or not but if they can demonstrate efficacy in humans against one of their high priority targets like sepsis or uti then hard to believe the company MC will remain at current level of $ 128 million.
