management please explain why we left asx

Oveernight a couple of BOT trades pushed BOTA back under $4.00. The NASDAQ has so far been disastrous for those who Australian investors who have stayed the journey with Biota

Knowing that we have lost a lot of Australian investors & picked up few US investors, I would love an explanation of the merits of NOT dual listing and abandoning the ASX in the move to set up base in the US.

It is very very poor that Fox & Cook tried to sell to shareholders that the move to the US was a good thing, and have both said nothing at all since we moved to the US. The share price has been destroyed, shareholders confidence has been shattered and they have both said nothing.

Chairman Fox - please stand up and please reiterate why not dual listing is a good thing for SHAREHOLDERS. I know management might save some administration time but that does nothing for shareholders who want to see a return on their investment
