Your right to say that the market doesn't hold a grudge, but I don't agree that we can say that the market has changed its mind.

To paraphrase Warren Buffet: over the short term the market is a voting machine (i.e. driven by sentiment) but over the long run it is a weighing machine(i.e. stocks are priced on fundamentals such as earnings, cash flow, debt levels etc.). So we can all have an opinion on recent movements in the Nexbis share price but it doesn't mean zip if they don't get a paying contract soon.

So instead of arguing over who is right about recent share price movements, lets all focus on whether we can find any information on whether NBS are going to get this paying contract.
