management quality & potash outlook

Hi all ELMers.

I'm looking for peoples views on the quality of management (i.e. to drive it to production) and the general outlook on Potash.

Positives of the company seem to be:
- Shed load of the stuff
- Easy to access

Potential negatives:
- Already high market cap
- Other Potash companies reducing production to keep price high (oversupply?)
- Need a whole wad of cash to advance (drawing parallels to ARU who is at a similar stage, and totally stuffed it).
