I ask again, why would anyone do a jv when they can just buy the dog for $60m which is double current SP! They are so completely full of BS it makes me sick. A JV is one in a million at current price. I have sent numerous emails and haven't heard anything back yet. This management team completely suck. They have an investor relations guy (not going to name names - but spend 1 second to search - on big money apparently) that can't even answer my simple emails. all these muppets are in the right place right time - god help them in the real world.
