There is no way Centro will be selling their management rights to anyone.
GR has stated they would be looking to keep Management rights where possible on the sale of their properties.
So on that basis it would seem absolutely ridicules to think otherwise unless circumstances changed.
Cento will inform the market on sales when they are a done deal and not before.
I hold a substantial parcel of CNP and still happy to hold as I believe the company is in far better shape than in the last 6 months.
The real question will be did they achieve BOOK VALUE on their sales especially in the US. If they can achieve this you will defiantly see a spike in the SP
What will be interesting is AFG over the next couple of days to see if the SP holds up with the sale of the wind development project.
