    It is my oppinion that Bluebear is correct and I have posted that before.

    Change of control event clause (c) states the BBIT RE must be a member of the BNB group. Whoever holds the management rights is the relevant entity in my view. If is not a member of the BNB group I feel, on reading, this clause will triggered.

    Therefore management rights need to saty as is at present. Couple of asset sales options open up. I incorrectly said in a way earlier post "look at what MIG did with TICKETS". Naturally my mistake, I meant MAP. Not a lawyer to know if it can be done, but an interesting solution to change of management rights issue.
