Spoke to management today and inquired if they were aware of the share purchases.
I was, at that time, unaware that they had been given the please explain. However, they were unable or unwilling to give me any further info. They will be awaiting notices just as we all will.
All I can say is that $7.5 M of shares doesn't amount to a takeover. But , most puzzling, is who makes a purchase of that many shares so bloody obvious?
The next question is, someone bought which means someone sold. So who would have that many shares to sell?
Hmmmmmmmmm - interesting times ahead. Bring it on - it's not like I'm short of a share or two!
