theferret, like you I lost heaps on this compan ($80,000 for me) many lost a lot more.
Rod Sala had most of those 20 million shares donated to him but nonetheless it would have been worth his while to make the company a success not only for its investors but more so for his own benefit.
The whole setup was very dodgy in my opinion, he was living in the same home with one of the companies biggest seed investors who bought low and sold high at very convenient times.
We had so called high value shareholders in New York sending posts to hot copper members telling all and sundry that the big deals were about to be made.
Unsurprisingly those posts were all coming from the same person.
Look, I have not been following this company for several years, it may have a very reputable board of directors and the future may now be very bright for LUM holders.
I only advise that present or potential investors be cognisant of the necessity of due diligence in all investments.
