Wow, Dave could not have made things more transparent than he has and people still complain.

I for one really appreciate how open and honest Dave has been with everything.

I don't think you're correct with your assumptions on tax amounts owed, but even if you are, we were told the amount of shares that were to be sold....who cares what the reasons for? We knew the amount that were to be sold or crossed. You're saying he lied....I don't believe that, but personally hope there is a little mustard on top for him to keep him...he deserves it.

I was quite relieved to see this went through and think the stock has found a nice base now to build off.

I did jump back in at 25 a couple weeks ago though, so I do a bit too early. Feeling pretty comfortable though.
