25,000,000 were sold off market (over $5M). These have no impact on the SP and presumably they go to a good, well informed, home .
As mentioned there would be a huge tax bill and the sale itself would be taxable itself - there is no reason whatsoever to doubt this.
He still holds 120,000,000 shares. Poor bastard has some major tax issues to deal with.
