Very pleasing to see the apppointment of a new Managing Director John Gooding as well as a new General Manager at Kainantu and an overall management shake up. Long overdue. With a focus on reviewing the mine plan at Kainantu and developing a reliable schedule of gold production going forward, HIG needs a management team with fresh perspectives and expertise to turn around this under performing asset. Positive signs.
