$50 at 9 to 1 that by 5pm WST, Tuesday August 30, 2011, there will be a binding definitive JV that will be of benefit to NKP shareholders.

The above date is eight weeks down the track.

"Definitive" would mean a binding joint venture agreement but I'm not prepared to guess who the JV will involve other than I agree that no institutional investors or small mining houses should be involved.

Of "benefit" to shareholders is self explanatory but I'm not prepared to predict any share price hurdle or did I offer one.

So, are we on?
