I wondered the same thing, If any communication came from shareholders holding a substantial number of shares surely they, the BoD, would sit up. take notice and realize their responsibilities to all SH and the market in general. Preparing a list of HC with more than say 250k shares would be an interesting exercise to do.
That being said If they haven't noticed the current SP then perhaps they have all gone blind
