it will be interesting to see how close this vote is this morning - its appears to me that both GC & the chairman may have breached their own trading policy in the early exercise of their options & conversion into stock. i think theres around 600k shares bought by management during this period

Will be interesting to see what the margin is today if GC wins - because these shares could be contentious.
