management share trading

it will be interesting to see how close this vote is this morning - its appears to me that both GC & the chairman may have breached their own trading policy in the early exercise of their options & conversion into stock. i think theres around 600k shares bought by management during this period

Management are prevented from trading stock during an EGM period :

SEQ Share Trading Policy :

"From the date of lodgment of the Company’s notice of Annual or Extraordinary General Meeting with the Australian Securities Exchange through to 2 business days after the holding of the Company’s Annual or Extraordinary General Meeting"

they can only trade during unusual circumstances during a blackout period - there is nothing unusual here

Will be interesting to see what the margin is today if GC wins - because these shares could be contentious.
