Look at almost every small cap on the stock market, most management behave and are trated the same. Rewards are expected whether there are positive or negative results, it doesn't matter. All they have to do is talk of a bright future and what they "say" they are going to achieve and gloss over or better yet not even talk of the past. Every one of my small caps has the same problem with managment, if it were ANZ or BHP no one would stand for it.
