Take away a lowering Spod price and magic can happen. I think BoD is doing the correct strategy, constantly analysing the options, keep pushing the options and when you see the sale of the 49% fell through, it demonstrate they kept their options open until all avenues are exhausted before the nuclear option of dilution. BoD is not there to preserve holders at ALL cost but to make sure they can survive the really bad times to prosper in the good times.
Hindsight blame isn;t going to help since they are also human with limitations of future peeking albeit with more intimate details of negotiations, communications and discussions of issues outside of public knowledge.
