One reason the share price is heading south could also be associated with the amount smaller share holders and the last announcement quoting,
UNMARKETABLE PARCEL SALE FACILITYMagnetite Mines Limited (“MGT” or “Company”) is pleased to announce it is establishing an opt-out unmarketable parcel sale facility (Facility) for shareholders who hold fully paid ordinary shares in the Company valued at less than $500.

This will cause some to just dump instead of increasing their SH, so until the 23rd of February 2023 I’m expecting SP to stay in the price we currently have or fall even further, last time I checked, there are about 500- 1000 shareholders that fall into this category, therefore I hope this is the bottom over next few weeks.
This is just my current assumption of current events.
